Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for MSN Laboratories by promoting our portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies and distributors. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding market presence and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned region.
• Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions and participate in medical events.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new accounts and expand the customer base.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and ensure product visibility and availability.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and other promotional activities.

Required profile

• Associate degree or certificate in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Professionalism, integrity and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
