Project Coordinator – B2B Service Delivery

About the role

The Project Coordinator, B2B will support Liberty Business customers and prospects by ensuring high‑quality service delivery across internal teams and external partners. Acting as the single point of contact, you will manage the end‑to‑end implementation of work orders, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery activities, bridging internal stakeholders and third‑party contractors to meet SLA deadlines.
• Maintain a single point of contact for each work order, overseeing implementation from order intake to customer sign‑off.
• Track progress, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure “Ready for Service” dates are achieved.
• Escalate issues within the FLOW system and ensure all documentation is securely stored.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities; willingness to travel island‑wide to customer sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
