Regional Parish Operations Supervisor

About the role

Digicel is seeking a Regional Parish Operations Supervisor to lead operational governance, retail standards, compliance and performance management across company‑owned and dealer‑operated channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager Sales & Retail Operations, you will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance and an exceptional customer experience for the Consumer business.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop and manage direct reports to achieve operational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve store issues, act as primary escalation point for performance, compliance and service delivery problems.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational reviews and compliance assessments to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Monitor inventory control, conduct reconciliations and investigations into discrepancies, partnering with Supply Chain and Retail teams.
• Serve as custodian of Retail Operating Manual compliance, support audits and drive closure of findings.
• Analyze operational trends and performance data, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations, distribution or sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable motor vehicle.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
