Sales Executive - On Premise

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited, a joint venture between Red Stripe and Pepsi-Cola Jamaica, is looking for a Sales Executive - On Premise in Montego Bay. Reporting to the Channel Manager, the role covers all on-premise, channel-specific activities and contributes to distribution and volume targets for the Pepsi-Jamaica and Red Stripe portfolios, while keeping costs per case within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned sales office distribution and case sales volumes and meet CBL cost-per-case objectives (monthly and annual).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise stakeholders at mid to top management level.
• Help implement the business strategy of Pepsi-Jamaica and Red Stripe through the full set of sales drivers.
• Follow the Sales Executive Journey Plan (daily and weekly) assigned by the Commercial Department.
• Support the Channel Manager and help resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Handle monthly finance accounts receivable collection targets and keep aged debt below 2%.
• Maintain and add new promotional programmes as required by CBL and its parent companies.
• Work closely with the Distribution Centre teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business (B.B.A.) or a related field.
• At least two years' experience in a commercial role, preferably field sales.
• Progressive leadership experience.
• Own or full access to a reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver's licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and customer service skills.
