Partner Sales Manager

About the role

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, a recruitment partner is looking for a results-driven Partner Sales Manager to lead and expand its distribution network. The role covers developing strategic sales plans, managing distributor relationships and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets through distribution channels.
• Identify, onboard and manage relationships with distributors and resellers.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to optimise sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on channel initiatives.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide training, support and incentives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or distribution management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
