Remote Sales Specialist (Lead Generation)

About the role

PTS Marketing Agency, which offers lead-generation and digital marketing services, is hiring a remote Sales Specialist in Jamaica. The role turns qualified interest into lasting client relationships, working closely with Paid Ads Experts and Project Managers while following the company's sales SOPs and training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage prospects from discovery to close: lead qualification, discovery and proposal calls, follow-ups, proposals and closing new and recurring sales.
• Schedule and attend 2 client meetings daily (20 per month).
• Set 20 appointments monthly and close 4 new clients monthly.
• Complete at least 5 follow-ups daily and close 2 upsell opportunities monthly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit daily sales reports and a monthly summary.

Required profile

• Clear, confident communication and strong discovery-call skills.
• Sales or client-facing experience; coachable candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
• Organized, self-directed remote work habits and reliable computer and internet access.
• Ability to handle objections, follow structured processes and consistently manage a sales pipeline.

Required skills

• Comfort with HubSpot, Zoom, WhatsApp and CRM tools.

What we offer

• Commission-only pay, with no base salary; commission varies by service package from JMD 5,000 to JMD 15,000 per sale, plus a JMD 25,000 bonus for closing 13 new Lead Gen clients in one month.
• A 20-business-day onboarding and training program covering the sales process, CRM workflow, SOPs, discovery, rapport, objection handling and supervised practice.
