Sales Representative – Digital Home Services

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our call‑center team and promote digital home services such as wireless, cable, satellite and home phone. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, guide them through a consultative sales process and turn inquiries into new subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospects interested in digital home services and manage the full sales cycle.
• Use a consultative approach: ask questions, listen carefully, and match customer needs to the appropriate product offering.
• Create and update customer accounts accurately using customized software platforms.
• Provide professional, prompt assistance while maintaining high quality standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and adhere to quality‑assurance requirements.
