Senior Associate, Advisory Deals

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate in its Advisory Deals line of service in Kingston. People in deals give clients strategic advice and support on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximise value. The role involves due diligence, financial analysis and managing the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Build client relationships, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand and technical expertise
• Support deal development and strategy through financial analyses, modelling, due diligence and structured financing transactions
• Assist in client solution development and supervise project sub-teams
• Supervise Associates and Experienced Associates on engagements
• Conduct risk management for new clients and engagements
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards including PwC policies and independence requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent qualification
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) or Certified Public Accountant (USA)
• Desirable: Chartered Financial Analyst or Chartered Business Valuator
