Senior Sales Leader – Contract

About the role

Centerfield Jamaica is looking for an experienced, results‑driven Senior Sales Leader on a contract basis. You will guide a high‑performing telesales team, ensure compliance with policies, and drive revenue growth for our direct‑marketing and telemarketing business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales managers to achieve and exceed SLA targets and sales volume goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, providing clear direction to the team.
• Analyze performance reports, recommend actions, and keep controllable costs within targets.
• Manage labor efficiency and overall cost control.
• Provide quantitative feedback to team members and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a call‑center environment.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on telesales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work any day or hour as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with call‑center technologies and data/report analysis.
