About the role

Join the laundry team at Couples Resorts in Negril as a Trainee Laundry Attendant. You will work under the guidance of the Laundry Manager, learning the full cycle of laundry operations while delivering high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and process guest linens and towels according to resort standards.
• Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Assist with inventory control of laundry supplies.
• Support housekeeping by ensuring clean linens are available when needed.
