Quality Manager – Renewable Energy (Photovoltaic)

About the role

Elecnor is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the implementation of quality standards for its photovoltaic projects in Jamaica. The role will ensure that all construction and commissioning activities meet the company’s rigorous quality requirements and comply with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project Quality Management Plan.
• Oversee inspections and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage non‑conformity reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site quality audits and report findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and procurement teams to ensure quality compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing QA/QC protocols on industrial, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 is preferred.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor knowledge (preferred).
