Customer Service Agent – Airport

About the role

The Customer Service Agent ensures a high‑quality experience for passengers in an airport setting. You will assist travelers throughout ticketing, check‑in, and boarding, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Assist passengers with ticketing, reservations, fare quotes, check‑in, and baggage processing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Resolve complex itineraries, including rebooking and schedule changes.
• Verify travel documents such as passports and visas in line with regulations.
• Communicate clearly via radio, phone, and other operational channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience; airport or airline experience preferred.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of English in a professional setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capacity to stand, lift up to 40 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and short‑notice overtime.
