French Representative – Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French Representative to join our customer support team. In this position you will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, providing high‑quality assistance for our products and platforms. The role is ideal for a self‑driven individual who wants to develop a professional career in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in French, delivering consistent and timely responses.
• Maintain and exceed representative metrics aligned with company KPIs.
• Own the customer experience by resolving product or service issues, clarifying complaints, and explaining solutions.
• Research information, document interactions, and flag trends to management.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all products, platforms, and policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and follow‑up when needed.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French, preferably Canadian French.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle demanding customers with professionalism.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
