General Manager – Luxury All-Inclusive Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Rose Hall, a premier luxury all‑inclusive beach resort in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across all resort functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all resort operations including multiple food & beverage outlets, spa, recreation, entertainment, and rooms divisions.
• Drive financial results through P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and owner relations.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty within the all‑inclusive market.
• Lead and mentor a multicultural team, fostering high‑performance leadership.
• Manage relationships with tour operators, wholesale partners, consortia and international source markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager in luxury or upper‑upscale beach resorts.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Deep knowledge of the all‑inclusive hospitality segment and luxury leisure market.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with large‑scale resort operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic leadership abilities.
