Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

BCMG Insurance Brokers Limited is looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Relationship Manager to join its Montego Bay office. The role supports the Commercial Lines Team by handling administrative and client‑facing tasks that ensure smooth insurance operations and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch invoices to insurers and clients.
• Receive endorsements from insurers and forward them to clients.
• Prepare and send motor cover notes and insurance certificates.
• Request claims experience from insurance companies for policies due for renewal.
• Obtain motor renewal notices from insurers.
• Generate receipts and perform related financial documentation.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Formal qualification covering all classes of insurance business.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar insurance support role.
• Good knowledge of insurance regulations (preferred).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
