Station Manager – Montego Bay

About the role

The Station Manager will lead daily operations of a service station in Montego Bay, focusing on safety, sales growth, customer service, and compliance. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support all daily station operations.
• Receive, maintain, and track wet and dry stock inventory.
• Prepare and submit required operational reports on time.
• Open and close shifts, conduct cash reconciliations, and follow cash‑management procedures.
• Prepare weekly staff rosters and supervise, train, and motivate station personnel.
• Conduct staff appraisals, maintain training records, and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate fire‑safety drills and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain uniform and identification compliance, handle customer complaints, and uphold high service standards.
• Support achievement of sales targets, prevent stock‑outs, and monitor competitor activity.
• Execute promotional activities and contribute to a strong customer‑service culture.

Required profile

• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory management experience (desired).
• Strong team‑management, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse employees and knowledge of local labour legislation.
• Understanding of health and safety standards.
• Team‑player mentality with a focus on customer service and operational compliance.
