Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans.
• Source, interview, and select candidates for open positions.
• Meet hiring goals while maintaining compliance with national reporting structures.
• Generate qualified candidates through cost‑effective methods such as alternative sourcing, passive candidate sourcing, and employee referrals.
• Build successful relationships with senior management.
• Maintain a recruiting database for sourcing and tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of progressive recruiting experience in a professional services environment or equivalent executive search experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders and managing full‑life‑cycle recruiting for contact centers.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Self‑starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and analytical abilities.
