Account Management Officer

About the role

The Account Management Officer will support KPMG United States' back‑office operations through the Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) delivery centre. Working under a team‑extension model, the role ensures compliance with account policies and procedures while facilitating smooth engagement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate background checks for engagement resources and track their completion.
• Manage resource information in the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS) and support vendor onboarding.
• Create and format financial reports as requested by account teams.
• Submit invoices in VMS, track status, reconcile AR reports and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain SOWs, amendments, invoices, MSAs and other documents for easy access and record‑keeping.
• Generate Engage (Salesforce) reports and dashboards, and track engagement progress.
• Participate in internal peer reviews and provide data for quality audits.
• Assist in training new team members and support administrative updates such as weekly account updates and process manual revisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in finance, business operations, account management or a similar process.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑service orientation and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Experience with stakeholder management, data gathering and analysis, and a drive for quality improvement.
