Analyst, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management

About the role

The Analyst, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management supports monitoring, reporting and control of revenue and cost risks across Liberty Caribbean’s operating entities. The role focuses on identifying revenue leakage, implementing systematic controls, and recovering lost revenue while working closely with multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support platform and reporting initiatives that drive Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) across Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT and Network functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand needs.
• Analyze product definitions and revenue‑related transactions throughout the Order‑to‑Cash process, including credit policies, order entry, billing adjustments, payments, collections and G/L posting.
• Identify, quantify and design controls to mitigate revenue and cost risk, leakage and fraud.
• Maintain KPIs that measure revenue loss, loss avoidance, cost avoidance, recovery potential and network resource cost avoidance.
• Investigate data inconsistencies across CRM, billing, network and other systems, raise issues and track root‑cause resolution.
• Document findings, prepare action plans and coordinate with RAFM Development for control implementation.

Required profile

• Junior‑level analyst with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and apply systematic processes.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Capable of translating business requirements into technical controls.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP, BSS, OSS and BI platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and billing systems.
• Data analysis and reporting.
