Audit Associate (Jamaica)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in Jamaica. You will work on audit engagements, applying Deloitte’s cutting‑edge tools and methodologies while progressing toward a professional accounting designation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit testing and risk assessments for client engagements.
• Research accounting standards and industry regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and present findings.
• Utilise Deloitte’s audit tools and emerging technologies.
• Develop analytical, problem‑solving and communication capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Working towards an internationally recognised accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
• Previous audit or related experience preferred, including co‑op or internship.
