B2B Field Sales Specialist – Digital Growth Solutions

About the role

We are a performance‑driven digital growth agency seeking a B2B Field Sales Specialist to expand our enterprise client portfolio across Jamaica. The role involves face‑to‑face meetings, consultative selling of digital growth solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to help organisations increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with business owners, executives and decision‑makers to present customized digital growth strategies.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across assigned territories, building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Manage prospects through the sales process from initial conversation to close, collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular sales forecasts and track territory activity to optimise prospecting efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of selling high‑value solutions.
• Strong ability to engage business owners and senior executives, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and results‑oriented, comfortable traveling throughout Jamaica.
• Valid Jamaican driver’s licence, reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary starting at JMD 150,000 net per month, plus uncapped commission (25% on the first client, 15% on additional new client sales).
