Boat Driver – Lake Travis Transport

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Boat Driver to transport participants and staff safely across Lake Travis to the Zip Line course and beach area. The role involves regular interaction with guests, ensuring a pleasant and secure experience on the water.

Key responsibilities

• Transport participants and staff between the beach area and Zip Line course on Lake Travis.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness on the boat.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the vessel.
• Communicate effectively with team members using two‑way radios.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts, including flexible hours and weekends.

Required profile

• Personable with strong communication abilities.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Completed boat driving course or certification.

Required skills

• Boat operation (boat driving certification).
• Two‑way radio communication.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
