Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited is the premier sales and distribution company for beverages across Jamaica. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics of receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and inventory policy, while ensuring delivery schedules are met and inventory loss is prevented.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure load accuracy at check‑in and check‑out by physically counting and validating against system documents.
• Complete system inventory movements for all products received or dispatched.
• Document quantity, quality and expiration dates of products received from the parent company.
• Compare product labels and SKU against delivery notes and purchase orders to verify shipment accuracy.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects or shortages and record discrepancies.
• Maintain FIFO handling for loaded and dispatched products.
• Load merchandise onto delivery trucks correctly and complete weekly BBE reports.
• Observe and adhere to occupational health and safety best practices.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a warehousing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
