Business Account Executive – Western Jamaica

About the role

The Business Account Executive drives revenue growth by meeting sales targets, maintaining existing accounts and uncovering new business opportunities across Western Jamaica. This is a target‑based position where achieving quota and resolving customer issues are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all account‑management matters and build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, close agreements and meet monthly sales quotas for assigned customers.
• Deliver solutions on time, forecast and track monthly sales performance, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Update Salesforce.com with meetings, opportunities and follow‑up actions while analysing market trends to support business development.
• Travel frequently across the island and work occasional weekends to meet targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or ICT experience and a proven record of meeting quotas.
• At least five CXC/GCE subjects including English and Mathematics, plus six months of customer‑service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a valid driver’s licence (vehicle access is an asset).
