Car Wash Team Member

About the role

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking enthusiastic team members to join its fast‑paced car‑wash locations. You will interact directly with customers, keep the facility clean and safe, and help ensure vehicles move through the wash efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service, answering inquiries and handling concerns promptly.
• Use an on‑site tablet to deliver standard greetings, support sales initiatives and promote membership growth.
• Maintain the facility, equipment and grounds in a clean, safe and fully operational condition.
• Assist in optimizing vehicle throughput to reduce wait times and improve the overall experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels for chemicals and supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years and ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic at an eighth‑grade level.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with at least one weekend day required.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and hold up to 50 lb, stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in temperatures from –10 °F to 100 °F.
• Calm demeanor and adherence to policies during emergencies.
