Corporate Director of Guest Experience – Luxury Resorts

About the role

The Corporate Director of Guest Experience will shape and improve the guest journey across a multi‑island luxury resort portfolio, working closely with divisional leaders and travelling to each property.

Key responsibilities

• Map the guest journey with operations teams, identify gaps and develop prioritized improvement plans for individual resorts, regions and the wider portfolio.
• Lead resort assessments covering guest experience, physical product and brand standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and roll out brand standards that balance guest satisfaction, operational feasibility and cost.
• Analyse guest sentiment and trends, recommending new experiences and service‑design changes.
• Build a service culture that supports brand evolution and raises awareness of new guest experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years’ experience in guest experience, product strategy or continuous improvement within tourism and hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading and developing people.
• Strong strategic planning, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at executive level and solid grounding in change management.
• MBA or equivalent and experience drawing insight from data and guest feedback across multiple sites is an advantage.
