Customer Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Hive Careers is seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive new client growth and strengthen relationships. Working fully remotely, you will partner with marketing and sales teams to generate leads, optimise conversion funnels, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and convert leads.
• Analyse and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion, maximising acquisition rates.
• Monitor KPIs related to acquisition, produce regular performance reports, and provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align acquisition strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients to ensure a positive, long‑term experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage acquisition budgets efficiently to meet target goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing.
• 2–5 years of B2B client acquisition experience.

• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
