Customer Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Hive Careers is seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to work remotely. In this role you will design and execute strategies that attract new B2B clients, expand the customer base and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and convert leads.
• Analyze and optimise the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to maximise acquisition rates.
• Monitor KPIs related to acquisition efforts and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maintain consistent messaging.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage acquisition budgets effectively to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven experience in B2B customer acquisition, client outreach or sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using marketing automation tools.
