Customer Host – 12‑Week Fixed‑Term (4‑hour shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Host to join our White Stuff shop team on a 12‑week fixed‑term basis. The role involves delivering an outstanding in‑store experience across a 4‑hour shift pattern, with occasional weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, inspiring and invaluable service throughout the customer journey (ACE pillars).
• Use the mobile point‑of‑sale (mPOS) system to showcase multichannel product availability and create endless‑aisle orders.
• Enroll customers in email newsletters, tag purchases to profiles and issue e‑receipts in line with data‑protection rules.
• Promote current promotions and discounts to increase sales.
• Assist with in‑store events, preview evenings and customer events.
• Maintain high visual standards, support floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and replenish stock.
• Process deliveries efficiently, ensure product availability on the shop floor and support stock‑take activities.
• Utilise company resources such as the White Stuff website and internal communications to engage customers and follow daily actions.
• Participate in team briefs, adhere to health & safety procedures and provide a professional approach to internal and external visitors.
• Fulfil ship‑from‑store and Click + Collect orders accurately.
