Customer Host Supervisor – 16‑hour role

About the role

White Stuff is looking for a Customer Host Supervisor to join our retail team on a 16‑hour weekly contract. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to ensure an outstanding customer experience and maintain high visual and commercial standards in the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service aligned with the A.C.E pillars.
• Collect and manage customer data in compliance with data‑protection regulations, encouraging email sign‑ups and multichannel shopping.
• Maintain visual standards, support floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and ensure product replenishment.
• Make proactive commercial decisions on stock, promotions and key trading periods to drive sales.
• Communicate shop KPIs to the team, run briefings in the manager’s absence and motivate the team to meet targets.

• Willingness to work weekends as required.
