As a Customer Service Associate – Collections Support, you will handle both inbound and outbound communications with customers to secure timely payment of outstanding balances while delivering a professional and positive experience. The role focuses on understanding customer situations, offering appropriate payment solutions, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications regarding outstanding account balances.

Required profile

• Graduation is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, accounts receivable, payment recovery, or contact‑center operations is preferred.
