Customer Service Associate – Loan Origination & Collections Support

About the role

Join the Loan Origination & Collections Support team to guide customers through the entire lending journey, from new loan applications to repayment management. You will interact with customers via phone, email and text, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage new loan applicants, verify identity, collect and validate employment, income and banking information.
• Guide customers through the application, document completion, digital signing and submission for underwriting.
• Maintain ownership of each application from initial contact through funding and follow‑up on pending cases.
• Contact active and past‑due accounts, schedule payments, arrange extensions and document all interactions.

Required profile

• Graduation from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, loan processing or related financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet productivity and quality targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and multiple business applications.
• Strong active listening, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
