Customer Service Representative

About the role

BuildASign is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide white‑glove support to customers across its brands. The role is remote and requires a quiet workspace, with the employee residing in Jamaica.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience that makes customers feel heard, valued, and supported through phone, email and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order, product, website, delivery and other customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of assigned websites, products, services, promotions, customization tools, order processes and delivery expectations.
• Accurately document interactions, actions taken, commitments made and follow‑up requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Professional, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent attendance and the ability to work independently in a remote, distraction‑free environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internet navigation and standard computer applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product, account and process information.
