Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments, deposits, checks and other transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls, direct customers to the appropriate department, and assist with account and service inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling, banking, retail or financial services.
• Professional, friendly approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
