Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, showcase our properties and create content that drives engagement and generates leads. You will be responsible for producing visual and written content across multiple platforms to attract potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit professional property photography, videos and virtual tours.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Develop content calendars, social media graphics and digital campaigns.
• Film and edit podcasts, promotional clips and event coverage.
• Support email marketing, company events and brand initiatives.
• Monitor content and campaign performance to improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media.
• Strong photography, videography, video editing and graphic design skills.
• Experience producing short-form video and managing content across digital platforms.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
