Disability and Leave Services Associate – Contract Role

About the role

The Disability and Leave Services (DLS) Associate acts as an HR representative handling employee contacts for a Fortune 500 client across the US. The role involves one‑on‑one case management for leave of absence, disability, and accommodation services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned employees, reviewing documentation and adjudicating leaves in compliance with federal, state, and client policies.
• Maintain accurate case records, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate smooth return‑to‑work plans.
• Respond to sensitive situations, ensure proper communication, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old with at least three subjects including English or a US high school diploma/GED.
• Flexible availability for any shift, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to work onsite or from home as needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using CRM or case‑management applications.
• Basic computer troubleshooting and tech‑savvy abilities.
