Enterprise SDR – Insurance AI

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an AI‑driven platform serving property and casualty insurers. The role focuses on outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipelines for both Managing General Agents (MGAs) and large carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting campaigns to build a qualified pipeline of insurance‑tech prospects.
• Book qualified meetings with target accounts and decision‑makers.
• Research and identify MGAs and carriers that match the ideal customer profile.
• Personalize outreach to technical, actuarial, and product‑leader audiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for accounts, contacts, and activities.
• Graduate to supporting enterprise outreach to top carriers as you ramp.
• Collaborate with the founding team on messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience with a proven record of self‑sourced pipeline.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated cold‑outreach ability across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Comfort selling a technical, complex product to sophisticated buyers.

Required skills

• Experience with sales‑intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo.
• Experience with tools like Lightfield.
