Executive Assistant Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) at Couples Sans Souci is a senior leadership position responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the resort, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while preparing for future advancement to Operations Manager or General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial monitoring, cost control and revenue‑generating initiatives for the Rooms Division.
• Ensure delivery of the brand’s 5‑star service, monitor guest satisfaction scores, and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Lead, mentor and develop departmental managers and their teams, overseeing recruitment, training and performance management.
• Champion environmental sustainability policies, monitor resource consumption and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and emergency preparedness training.
• Maintain service and operational standards through audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proven experience in luxury hotel/resort operations, especially Rooms Division.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, P&L management and budgeting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
