About the role
The Reservations Agent will act as a sales and marketing specialist for Issa Hotels and Resorts, driving revenue across four properties. You will handle inbound and outbound guest communications, convert leads into bookings, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from prospective guests and make outbound calls to address requests and follow‑up issues.
- Handle email correspondence with prospective and previous guests, promoting cross‑selling and upselling of resort services.
- Answer queries, resolve guest situations, and convert leads into paying guests.
Required profile
- Associate Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in tourism sales or marketing.
- Warm, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using RDP Property Management System.
