Running a kitchen in the West Indies demands character, adaptability, and a cool head. We need a true leader who understands island operational realities, solves problems in real‑time and maintains the highest quality standards despite environmental challenges.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the West Indies with operational knowledge of the region.
- Fluent English for leading the team and managing daily operations.
- Kitchen leadership: managing, training and motivating diverse teams while maintaining discipline.
- Operational and financial control: mastery of costs, inventory, waste management and negotiation.
- Rigorous standards: hygiene, food safety and culinary consistency.
