Financial Advisor

About the role

The Financial Advisor will provide client‑centered financial guidance, focusing on insurance‑based solutions, retirement planning, and investment strategies that align with each client’s goals and risk profile.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare proposals, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and maintain detailed client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy placement and support claims processes.
• Participate in business development activities such as networking, client referrals, and educational sessions to expand the client base.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning, retirement planning, and investment analysis abilities.
• Demonstrated financial advisory experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant professional certification or progress toward a finance, insurance, or financial planning designation (e.g., OLT, Equity insurance qualifications) is an asset.

• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
