Financial Advisor – Life Insurance Sales

About the role

Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited is looking for motivated Financial Advisors to join its Liguanea branch and serve clients across the island. This full‑time hybrid position combines client‑facing advisory work with ongoing training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and current situation.
• Develop and present tailored savings, investment, retirement, and protection strategies.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans and portfolio reviews.
• Recommend appropriate Sagicor products and services to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of five CXC/CSEC subjects, including a numeric subject such as Mathematics or Accounts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy and reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s licence.
• Interpersonal and negotiating abilities; prior sales experience is an advantage.
• Passing grades in OLT and Equity courses are a plus.
