About the role

Scotiabank Non-Branch Sales Force Jamaica is looking for high-performing, results-oriented professionals to join its External Sales Team as Home Financing Specialists. The role suits self-motivated people who excel in consultative selling and partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, developers, attorneys and other real estate stakeholders.
• Promote and sell home financing solutions as the main focus.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell personal loans and credit cards.
• Generate and manage mortgage leads from referral partners.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 CXC exams, including Mathematics and English.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales, financial services or relationship management is an asset.
• Strong networking, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Dedicated unlimited access to a vehicle.
