HR Analytics and Technology Lead

About the role

The HR Analytics and Technology Lead will drive predictive insights, strategic workforce planning, and performance analytics for National Commercial Bank Jamaica. This senior position combines advanced statistical modeling with executive reporting to optimize human capital investments and support the bank’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced statistical models and predictive forecasting to reduce staff costs and boost productivity.
• Lead strategic workforce planning by analysing macro‑economic labor trends, internal mobility, and talent supply‑demand gaps.
• Architect, operationalise, and monitor critical HR metrics and KPIs across the enterprise, recommending interventions when benchmarks are missed.
• Produce high‑impact data visualisations, executive analytics dashboards, and core GHRD reports covering workforce analytics, performance, absence, and staff complement.
• Develop and evaluate variable pay and incentive models to ensure market competitiveness and fiscal sustainability.
• Create dynamic scenario‑planning and labour‑costing models to support union negotiations and collective bargaining.
• Establish frameworks to quantify HR’s ROI and contribute to the division’s annual business plan and budget.

Required profile

• First degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics or a related research field.
• Minimum five years of experience in research or planning within a large organisation.
• Prior HR experience is advantageous.
