HR Business Process Coordinator

About the role

The HR Business Process Coordinator bridges HR operations, workforce systems, and business needs to ensure that HR processes are well‑defined, compliant, and efficiently executed. This role supports system testing, process rollouts, and collaboration between field and corporate teams, contributing to a more agile, technology‑enabled People function.

Key responsibilities

• Document, analyse, and optimise HR business processes.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and resource guides for HR initiatives and system changes.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Assist in testing workforce systems such as JD Edwards, Workday, and UKG WFM, and report issues.
• Participate in system testing cycles to validate accuracy and usability.
• Provide front‑line technical support to HR and field users.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and translate labour laws into practical guidelines.
• Coordinate HR projects, track deliverables, and aid change‑management rollouts.
• Act as liaison between corporate and field teams, ensuring policy adherence and protecting company assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in process improvement or re‑engineering.
• Experience in multinational retail or similarly fast‑paced, geographically dispersed environments is highly desirable.
• Strong end‑to‑end HR functional knowledge across core areas (HRIS, talent, performance management).
• Proven ability to lead projects, drive change, collaborate across stakeholders, and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
