About the role
OrangeHRM is looking for an Implementation Consultant to help customers adopt its HR software. You will work closely with clients in Kingston and globally, gathering requirements, configuring the system, and delivering training.
Key responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and configure OrangeHRM software to meet client needs.
- Deliver online user training in English and provide ongoing troubleshooting.
- Prepare project documentation such as plans, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Assist the sales team with pre‑sales activities and act as a trusted advisor for clients.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a software‑focused, customer‑facing role such as implementation, project management, or business analysis.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
