Industry Partnerships Manager (Business Development)

About the role

FutureLearn is seeking an ambitious Industry Partnerships Manager to expand its portfolio of industry collaborations. You will work across Learning Design, Product, Marketing and Technology to bring high‑quality, skills‑focused learning experiences to a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure partnerships with leading global organisations.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Drive content acquisition and expand the portfolio across key industry sectors.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, subject‑matter experts and decision‑makers.
• Research market trends and emerging skill needs to shape partnership strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and launch innovative learning programmes.
• Create joint business plans with partners to grow learner engagement.
