About the role

The Learning & Development Audit team at KPMG Jamaica is seeking a Facilitator Management Associate to lead the strategic planning and execution of facilitator management for the audit practice. This role ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for both learners and facilitators while supporting the delivery of back‑office learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end facilitator management, from strategic planning through logistical execution.
• Manage complex operational tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams (Content Leads, Learning Operations, Events & Meetings, Lakehouse) to deliver Train‑the‑Facilitator programs.
• Resolve learner and facilitator inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Investigate and address facilitator‑related issues, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
• Propose and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Maintain intermediate knowledge of facilitator management tools and act as subject‑matter expert.
• Monitor compliance with facilitator requirements and close compliance gaps.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Maintain governance, control documentation, and audit‑ready records.
• Drive project timelines to align with operational deliverables and milestones.
• Manage the end‑to‑end process for Continuing Professional Education (CPE), including award issuance and compliance monitoring.
• Oversee execution of virtual and live learning programs.
