Marketing & Client Services Coordinator

About the role

Xentara Limited is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to support client marketing activities, content production, campaign coordination, reporting, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily client account activities, including communications, approvals, onboarding and record‑keeping.
• Schedule and publish social‑media content, manage calendars, monitor posts and engage with basic community interactions.
• Support content and campaign planning by tracking graphics, videos, ads, email campaigns and ensuring deliverables meet brief specifications.
• Organise photo and video shoots, maintain shot lists, attend shoots for on‑site coordination and track post‑production edits.
• Gather performance data from Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels, maintain reporting spreadsheets and assist in preparing weekly/monthly advertising reports.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication with professional client interaction.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and attention to detail, able to handle multiple client tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent worker with willingness to learn new marketing platforms and AI tools.
