Off Trade Channel Manager

About the role

The Off Trade Channel Manager will lead Campari Group’s off‑trade business across Jamaica, overseeing wholesalers, retail outlets, duty‑free shops and hotel gift shops. Reporting to commercial leadership, the role requires island‑wide travel and direct engagement with key accounts to grow brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Off‑Trade Channel Plan for all portfolio brands (Campari, Magnum, White Room, Sky, etc.).
• Manage BTL promotions and ensure appropriate POSM placement.
• Lead relationships with key accounts, monitor ROI and optimise A&P spend.
• Conduct trade visits, competitor analysis and market insights.
• Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to align strategies.
• Oversee external agencies and suppliers for merchandising, displays and POP/POSM printing.
• Manage contract processes and procure‑to‑pay procedures for off‑trade activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales or marketing, preferably in the spirits or beverage sector.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong project management, communication and analytical abilities.
• Own a reliable motor vehicle and be willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Innovative, adaptable and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
